i would say choking!uncooked pasta or noodles would be pretty brittle.

If its the store bought kind then there isn't any danger, its just going to be a hard texture. When you say 'instant noodles' if you're speaking of those ramen noodles, I've had salads that call for those broken up and uncooked just to add a little crunch. So it won't harm you.

Raw wheat (and many other raw grains, seeds, and nuts) contains enzyme inhibitors which can interfere with natural digestive enzymes and cause various problems. This is why people on raw diets generally eat only sprouted or soaked grains.
Instant noodles or ramen are often pre-cooked and dried, or deep fried, so may not always cause the same problems.

Not aware of any dangers. I've eaten a few pieces while cooking and have never experienced any problems.

Not much of dangers, as long as they are instant. As long as you eat it within expiration date, it will be fine.
