I eat breakfast at 6:15. My stomach starts grumbling loudly at 10:30 and I always need to tighten my abs and hold my arm over my stomach to mask the sound (embarassing.) I dont eat lunch until 12 30. What breakfast foods will fill me up and sustain my for six hours?

Ok,What you need to do is find out why why these products were invented. Like where the idea came from or whatever. You also need the source so I can check it because I need proof that U didn't just make it up. First one to get all of them (correctly) gets their hard earned 10 points!!!!

How are pickles made? I say they are cucumbers that are put into vinegar and then they become pickles, my fiance says that they are grown in the ground. We have a dinner riding on this.
