i hate putting it in the fridge kuz it gets all dry and hard

You do NOT put bread in the fridge as it destroys all the freshness! If you don't need a whole loaf, put half of it in a second plastic ziplok bag and freeze it, then keep only half out on your counter, out of the sun, away from the stove, in a dark corner. that's why they have made/sold BREAD BOXES for hundreds of years and big kitchens have bread drawers.

I kinda squeese out the air and make sure the open end of the bag is sealed real tight. Then I store mine in an old fashion wooden bread box. Hope this helps.

Throw it in a ziplock bag if the regular bag's not doing the job.

I actually designated of my drawers for bread and pasta and the regular bread bag works for me.

I would Vacumn seal it with Food Saver And keep it as cool as possible..
