I eat breakfast at 6:15. My stomach starts grumbling loudly at 10:30 and I always need to tighten my abs and hold my arm over my stomach to mask the sound (embarassing.) I dont eat lunch until 12 30. What breakfast foods will fill me up and sustain my for six hours?

Yes oatmeal/porridge is a great breakfast food. Oats have slow-release carbs which fill you up and most importantly, keep you feeling fuller for longer. It can be made with water or low-fat milk if you are concerned about calories, and sweetened with a little honey. Also, try adding some dried fruit to sweeten. Bananas are great too as they take longer to digest than other fruits meaning you'll feel fuller.

Oatmeal, High fiber and carb cereals, apples, other fruits. These have natural sugars and carbs so they will keep feeding your body in a way all day. Don't eat things with un natuaral sugars and carbs ( like high sugar cereals, pop tarts, candy) Pancakes will do you okay, but dont put a bunch of sugar on them. Sugar will naturally make you think you have more energy so you will use all those carbs that keep you from getting hungery the rest of the day by runnig around or just an increased heart rate could make you burn more carbs than you want.

This happens to me all the time too. I usually only have a granola or cereal bar for breakfast, so it's not much of a help. I keep a water bottle in my locker for in between classes, and I take mints and little stuff like that to class with me. My problem is that my stomach only likes to do stuff like that when the room is almost completely silent, haha.

I know it sounds bad, but I eat a donut or several munchkins.

If you are looking for something more healthy, try a good bagel with cream cheese.

If you want a good snack, I find that string cheese works for me around 10:30 a.m. I am on the same "eating" schedule as you so I feel your pain.

Eat an apple, they have 56 calories, and they have a fiber that stretches to last awhile in your stomach
