I love to serve crab or fish cakes over a bed of angel hair pasta with a cream sauce. I usually like to side that up with some nice colorful veggies such as glazed carrots and some nice stir fried greens beans.

mmmmm

A little tartar sauce and how about some roasted potatoes mixed up with green pesto sauce (so good.)

Oh that sounds yummy. Black eyed peas, okra, biscuits or cornbread. Any tasty southern side will work with those.
