Not only am I sick of the same foods over and over, but I am sick of food in general, sick of wasting time eating. Even my favorite foods are boring me, eating food isn't fun, it is like breathing-constantly I have to do it every day. It is like watching the same tv show over and over again, its torture, madness. Forced to shove food down my throught every day, we are slaves to food!

I might just start eating carb, protein, and fat supplements, a quick way to fulfill my needs. What would you do?

"PROTECT WILDLIFE
CRUSH CONTAINER BEFORE DISPOSAL"?

What does crushing the container have to do with protecting wildlife?
Not that I'm against protecting wildlife, because I'm not..I just don't get why it says that.

In NYC food is so expensive, and I am a snacker. I eat cheese, but that is a lot of fat, nuts make your hands greasy and are also fatty/salty/sugary...other things don't do well "on the go." Anyone have any ideas for good, healthy, and neat snack foods that don't cost much?

Looking along my local supermarket shelves got me wondering how many chickens must be slaughtered throughout the world each day to satisfy our needs. The items ranged from raw whole chickens and pieces to ready meals and pies, both fresh and frozen. The total amount must run into millions.

Whereabouts in London (prefarably south) can you get good old fashioned chips?? You know the type: thick cut potatoes that taste DELISH when doused in vinegar (ketchup optional!!).

I tried Olleys near Brockwell Park about a year ago, and whilst they were still better than the pathetic skinny American-style "fries" that get palmed off at all these nasty chicken & chips shops, besides being expensive, they're still nothing like the chips we got as kids (I'm in my mid-20s, btw)

There doesn't seem to be any decent fish and chip shops in the capital anymore :-( They all seemed to have morphed into those chicken and fries joints (where have they all sprung up from over the past 10 or so years???).

Any help appreciated!!

I'd want some large broiled Maine lobsters with plenty of salted hotel butter to drench them in. Put some Ipswich clams, Mobile oysters, sashimi, Edgefield "Georgia Bell" peaches in heavy cream, my Mom's boiled peanuts, a few muscadines, a cup of Mexican seviche, some Hooters Buffalo wings and freshly baked Italian bread from Genoa on the side.

I'll wash it all down with some sparkling German spring water. No need to get drunk and miss the look on your executioner's face.
