i want to gain some serious muscle and i was wondering what foods i should eat. also if anyone can tell me some foods with alot of protein in them that would help.

Foods like eggs, milk, spinach, soybean, quinoa, meat, fish, whole grains, rice, beans, legumes, corn, oats, peas and peanut butter are good sources of high protein foods.
