OK you want some serious advice. Start a diary, noting day, date, time, place of every of every incident. Do you have a video camera. Best evidence is visual. Then take it all to your local authority. Then catalogue your customer service received. If that doesn't solve it, just keep talking to them. Your local authority has a duty of care you are entitled to receive, after all that's why you help to pay their salaries.

you stay above a moist bar the position noise is going up and water flows down. They sprung a noise leak that rises you outta mattress at 2:30 am. you presently ought to relax at the same time as the noise factor awakes you at 2:00 am, bypass to the pottie, overflush the commode, and help the noisy bar change into moist. by some signifies that commode flapper only were given stuck, you panicked, and flew the coop after calling the law enforcement officials and a plumber. no longer your fault the plumber is asleep and close eye at 2:30am. you probably did all you may want to to keep the moist bar dry earlier escaping quietly into the dry 2:30 am first effortless. possibly upload a touch smell to the flush only earlier flapping the crapper. not in any respect whine over a pitcher of wine.

Contact the noise abatement team at the local council , it doesn't matter if the shop was there before you moved there or not , if there is a problem with noise then they will investigate it regardless , even if he has been there for say 50 years and you only moved in last week . report it first chance you get , the abatement team are very good and will monitor the situation very closely and will not reveal to the shop owner who reported them . so it`s best if you do not approach them yourself as then they will know that is most probably you who has reported them , try get a few other people to report the noise as well if you can ........ good luck .

Depends if the snack bar was there before you were or if it was opened after you moved in.
If it's the first option, then you really have no comeback as to what goes on there - you moved in knowing it was there.
If it's the second option, then you have the right to go an speak politely to the proprietors about your concerns. They may say, it's not their problem. If so, contact the police about anti-social behaviour.

just buy some frozen rats from the pet shop, dump them by the bins around the back, take pictures and send them to the local paper. before you know it nobody will eat there ever again and they will probably get shut down by the health and safety executive.
