I’m kind of fond of herbal tea, but whenever I make it, it always comes out with a watery flavor to it no mater how long I seep it for and isn’t that great. I know there’s a way to give it a stronger flavor; I was served some cinnamon tea at someone’s house several years back, it had a strong and really good flavor to it. Dose anyone know how to make tea taste like something other than slightly diluted water?

should i let it brew until it fills a 6 oz cup, or stop after 1 oz (a "shot"), then am I wasting the rest or do I not want that extra 5oz?

also, what's the diff. between running the brew for 6oz, and making an "americano" but adding hot water to 1oz of espresso?

Back in the late 80s, coke changed their formula and called it "New Coke". It was a major bomb and they then introduced "Coca-Cola Classic". For a while you had a choice of New Coke or Coca-Cola Classic. I remember it being really good when Classic was re-introduced. New Coke isn't around anymore. I think they gradually changed the formula, but didn't try to market as changed because of what they learned. What do you think?

I like Folger's Breakfast Blend or Classic Blend coffee.
I like Twining's Irish Breakfast Tea or Bigelow's English Teatime. I am more partial to black tea, so keep that in mind! Thanks, I just want to try something new!
Thank you SO much!
