Well, the best way to achieve low calories is using low fat ingrediants, all fruit is good for you so it doesnt matter about that so much, but to mix with it i would recommended fruit sorbet which can be found in the icecream section in your local supermarket. You can also look out for low-fat yoghurts which are everywhere on the shelves and low fat milk... I prefer soya milk which is better than fatty cows milk. Everything but the Kitchen Sink Smoothi: Serves 1 or 2, Cal 333, KJ 1399, Fat 4.2 g, Carbs 57, Protein 11.2, WW 5 (2.5 if 2 serves) 2 bananas 1 orange 1 apple 2 chunks of fresh pineapple 2 kiwis 1-2 cups of frozen blueberries 10-12 frozen strawberries 1- 2 cups cranberry juice 1 (14 ounces) can light condensed milk (not evaporated milk) (This can be changed for a lower fat option or as i suggested above; soya milk) 1(8 ounces) carton plain yogurt (you can change this to low fat yoghurt for less calories) 1 small banana, cut up 1 cup frozen or fresh whole strawberries 1(8 ounces)can crushed pineapple packed with juice, chilled 2 tablespoons real lemon juice from concentrate 1cup ice cubes Halved fresh strawberries, optional In a blender container, combine the low fat yogurt, banana, wholestrawberries, pineapple with its juice and real lemon, cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, gradually add ice cubes, blending until smooth. Garnish with halved strawberries if desired. Serve immediately.

None of these smoothies are low-cal.
Strawberry Blueberry Peach Smoothie- 40cal/cup, makes two cups
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (25cal)
1/2 cup frozen peaches (25cal)
1/4 cup frozen bluberries (30cal)
2 tbsp sugar substitute (0cal)
Add fruit to blender, add as much water as you need (probably a cup if you want the right thickness), then add sugar.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMCqM
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Try low fat fruited yogurt, skim milk, ice, and a banana, that's the base for a good smoothie, add whatever lo cal fruit you like, or add a fruit flavored powder instead.
