smoothies are nice and healthy but can be deceptive in its nutrition count so, unless you want to pile on the calories, you might wanna use some healthy yoghurt (fat free) to use.
if you must, banana, mango, pineapple...
what i do like is sliced banana, bio yoghurt and some crunchy muesli strewn over the top, no fuss, delicious as breakfast or dessert...
enjoy.

indexed under are some I rather take exhilaration in making (and ingesting, for sure) Take one peeled kiwi, one peeled gala/cameo apple, equivalent factors orange juice and the V8 Peach Mango, and honey to flavor. upload ice to needed thickness (sometimes i bypass no ice in any respect)... This recipe, although without centred volumes, fills up in all risk approximately 2 cups (I easily have this teeny tiny little Hamilton coastline blender). For the bigger blenders, take a extensive handful of blueberries (clean and frozen artwork the two properly; i've got tried the two), a extensive handful of raspberries, approximately 4 of 5 hulled strawberries, a container of blueberry yogurt, a container of strawberry yogurt, honey (if mandatory, yet I frequently discover the yogurt sweetens the smoothie sufficient), and ice. i think of the two one in each of those are very tasty, although i don't constantly have all the factors on the same time lol FTR: do not permit something with a melon and banana mixture sit down interior the refrigerator for too long... mine (cantaloupe, honeydew, banana, and apple) separated right into a thick foam and skinny juice, browns, and turns this NASTY style/scent... not one in each of my better concepts haha it grow to be gross.

My favorite combination of fruits is some pineapple, a peach, some strawberries and orange juice. Tastes just like fruit punch to me. If you like a tropical flavor, add some coconut milk.
If you're looking for some added nutrients, you can add veggies like carrots or raw broccoli, too. For a healthy dose of greens, get some "Green Goodness" juice. I get it at my local supermarket in the produce section and it is made by Bolthouse Farms. As long as you add enough sweet fruit (like pineapple) you won't be able to taste the veggies at all and it will be even better for you!
Good luck
