I know, weird isn't it I mean why cows in preference to pigs or sheep although I know you can get ewes and goats milk but I've yet to come across pigs milk in the supermarket

Im guessing it was probably after they realised women could produce milk to feed their kids. They saw the baby cows drinking from the mothers "dangly things". They then did some experimenting....
