Both taste good in all their variations (hot tea/coffee/espresso/cappuccino/iced tea/iced coffee/green tea, etc.)
If you're wondering whether they're healthy, some herb teas are sometimes healthy, but you have to take into account a person's health/situation. Pregnant/nursing mothers need to be careful of even herbal teas because some can be harmful to the baby. Other conditions are also affected by the consumption of coffee or tea.
But they both sure do taste good. Coffee especially.

For health, I recommend tea. It is high in antioxidants, and is very refeshing, Howevwer, for taste, I'd take some coffee. I prefer the taste of coffee better than tea. However, the average cup of coffee has twice the caffeine as the average cup of coffee. Therefore, if your drink tea in the morning, it will wake you up gently. Coffee is more of a slap in the face.

Green Tea is great for you, all kinds of antioxidant activity. Many health benefits. It is advised to drink 5 cups a day of Green Tea. I make a big pot in the morning, chill some with honey for a cold beverage, and sip it warm durning the day. If I want hot tea, I just microwave a cup to reheat it.
Coffee is good for you In moderation. 2 cups a day max. I don't remember exaactly what the benefits are. I keep seeing studies on the benefits of coffee. You could google "coffee benefits" if you really want the details.
Other teas are good for you too, medicinal teas. Many companies make various blends. Chamomile tea calms the stomach (that's what Peter Rabbit's mother gave HIM, and it does work), it also makes you a bit drowsy. Peppermint tea is good for the stomach. Tea with Yerba Mate improves mental alertness (great for taking tests!)

That is a matter of personal taste. I love coffee and I also enjoy a hot cup of tea every now and then. My husband however cannot stand coffee, not even the smell and if he drinks tea it had better be cold. I, however, cannot drink my coffee black I have to have some wort of sweetener and usually a creamer.

yes, both coffee and tea are good for you. green tea for example, has been known to help prevent certain types of cancer. they are considered to be bad for you, when you start adding things into them. i.e. cream and sugar. plain tea ( nothing added to it) and black coffee are considered to be "clear" liquids, thus you can drink them before you have to have any medical procedures done. However, if you are not suppose to have any kind of caffeine, or are having trouble with kidney stones, it is best to stay away from them. because even "decaf" has caffeine in it.
