I was invited to an Easter dinner at my friend's parents house with their whole family tonight. I am taking a honey baked ham - should I take it on the bone or cut it up before I go and take it on a platter?

its my prime birthday, meaning im turning 17 on the 17th. i want to do something really hot and amazingly fun. my budget would prob be 700ish i guess. ffor my sweet 16, i had gotten a navigator limo which picked up all my friends and then dropped us to a very posh restaurant and then picked us up and took us on a tour. then we returned to my house and had some sheesha. it was a lot of fun. and i want sumthing bigger this year. i wanted a boat party but i live in montreal so the only one is a old port, wel one that i can think of, and that costs 2000$, and as much as i want to go for it, i dont want to trouble my parents in having to pay that much. so i really need an idea. sumthing similar to that. please help, it will be greatly appreciated. thank you from advance!!!!

How far will the contents of a tomato (say, a modest 4-ouncer) squirt when hammered on? Are there any especially effective pounding techniques? Implements that work better than others?

yeah. its at the hyatt hotel. food is so expensive, i can only afford those tiny finger foods that you can eat in one bite. everyone sits down, gets water, then free bread, then two bites of food and thats it. would my guests be disappointed? i really did save up all i can, and $200 was all i came uo with. I can order 2 pieces of food per person (25 people) what happens if there ready to go home after two bites? emergency plan, please?

My husband invited some people over for dinner and then his parents called to say that they'd like to come to town to visit. I realize there is some inconsiderate behavior of those involved, but it's not time to gripe!

Besides getting my house clean, getting the spare bedroom made up, and planning and preparing for Easter, I now need to make dinner for a group of 10 (8 adults, 2 children). Any ideas?
