Please tell me we are having this for supper it is Dorito's chili and cheese, enchilida sauce, and tomato sauce any ideas

Enchilada Pie:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 onion diced
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/3 cup picante sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can sweet corn
1 small can sliced olives
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can kidney beans
3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Saute onion and garlic with the meat, drain. Add picante sauce, pepper, sweet corn and olives. Add beans and enchilada sauce. Stir and let simmer for 15 minutes. Crush 3 cups of Doritos or Fritos. Lay one cup in bottom of baking dish. Spoon 1/3 of meat mixture on top of it and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers, ending with chips and cheese. Cover and bake for 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serve with spanish rice and green salad.

Saute'ed corn wth real bacon bits and lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad, pre-tossed with Italian dressing.

I normally slice a cucumber to go with Frito pie. Sometimes carrots, too.
A quacomole salad would be yummy if you like avocados.

green giant mexi-corn would go good with this. I like to top my frito chili cheese pie with sour cream and salsa. yumo!
