It may be more prominent in the south? NC? I had a glass in the Outer Banks and loved it. It is on the fruitier side but it is delicious.

I recently had some wine that was uncorked about 4 months ago and the cork replaced but the wine tasted differant than I remember . . . maybe it's just my memory that's failing me but I was wondering if wine can go sour after being exposed . . .

Every time I go out drinking beer (I drink miller lite or bud lite) my eyes start to feel dry and sticky, especially the left one. I've got a friend that says he's very allergic to the hops in budweiser, a little allergic to the hops in miller lite but Coors light is ok for him. Could this be an allergy? People have started commenting that whenever we're out drinking beer that I'm blinking a lot. I really like beer though. Could this be an allergy? What beer is least likely to cause this?

I'm not much of a vodka person and I'm trying to do some research...How does Svedka taste compared to Grey Goose, Absolut, or other name brand vodkas based on smoothness and over all taste? Thanks!

If I'm going to open some vodka, but keep it for a week or two, is it necessary that I store it in the freezer or fridge? Thanks

I'm just starting out homebrewing.
1. I have a bottle capper with two handles that you push down. The caps are loose, barely fit, and I think allows air in which inhibits bottle conditioning. Is there a better bottle capper?
2. Would it be OK to use a plastic water jug as a fermenter? I allready have a glass one, but I'd like to brew two batches at once and don't want to pay too much.

Thanks

I'm a college student trying to make extra money. And I was wondering does bartending pay well. Most of your money probally comes from tips, but is it a good way to make money?

Also does going to bartending school help it easier for you to find a job?

My favorite drinks include Newcastle Ale, Vodka-Cranberry, Vodka-RedBull, SoCo and Soda, Cadillac Magaritas (no salt), Jager Bombs, Chocolate Cake Shots (Vodka/Frangelico), Patron or Cazadores Tequila Shots, and Surfer on Acid shots. Given my favorites, will I enjoy a Martini? Should I try a Vodka Martini first given my favoritism for vodka? It also concerns me a bit that I don't like olives, is not eating the olive considered bad form? Can you get a martini without an olive?
