There are no "units" of alcohol. The content is expressed in how much there is in the drink compared to how much of everything else or "Alcohol By Volume" or "ABV.

In the case of WKD Blue, it looks like that's been answered as 5% ABV

the alcholic content in WKD blue is 5% vol alcholic units ...its my favourite drink ...and the unit is the same no matter what the measurement ....it will always be 5% ive just read the bottle and its says Units of alcohol....per 700 ml serving is 1 Unit =10ml alcohol so 700 ml has 3 .5 units ...sorry lol
