No, people just do that because its cool that it doesnt freeze. You dont even have to refrigerate it.

No, but there is nothing better than a nice cold shot of Vodka straight-up out of the freezer. I keep my Gin, Vodka, and my Jager in the freezer.

Because of the high alcohol content it won't go bad if you store it at room temperature. I keep my vodka in the freezer so that it's cold when I go to drink it.

with all the alcohol in it no, it will be fine.
Vodka is generally kep tin freezers so that it is nice and cold if you decide to do shots. it makes it more viscose and smoother to drink.
Handy tip: when you open your vodka and not going to finish it in one night then try putting some orange/lemon or lime skin inthe vodka. it gives it a subtle flavour next time you use it. Putting a vanilla pod also makes it taste really nice

Nope. The alcohol in vodka is high enough to keep it good for years as long as the cap is on.
Many people store it in the freezer to chill it. the cold reduces the alcohol taste to it, although for cocktails, experts suggest against this.

Nope, putting in the freezer/fridge is simply a serving preference, not a requirement.

No alcohol has a shelf life of like - forever. But putting it in the freezer will make it taste SOOOO much better. It won't freeze but will get super cold (really good to mix with slushes).

No, you can store it any cabinet - it just tastes better chilled, so be sure to stick it the fridge or freezer before serving

You don't have to, it'll be fine at room temperature. The only reason it's commonly kept in the freezer is for drinkability, it tastes better cold, can use less ice when it's cold (not water down drinks as much), etc.
