Because I work in a liquor store I'll give you these tips (God help me!)
I can card everyone that comes in my store if I want so it's best if you don't even try going in...It's better for you to get someone to buy it for you. It is illegal for me to sell someone liquor if I believe they may be reselling or giving it to a minor so make sure if you send someone don't go with them or don't make your "transaction" close to the store where we can see.
Please remember two things...
1. If you get busted WE go to jail not you. That's right! It's a FELONY to sell to you even if we don't mean to. It's only a misdameanor for you but it's 10-20 in the state pen for us if YOU get caught.
2. Going to a party where someone else is older than 21 is a safe bet to get free booze. Please remember to drink safely though. As a person who drank like a fish before I turned 21 I know how those innocent times of fun can turn bad in an instant. Always think safety when drinking and only drink around people you know and REALLY trust. Remember that your body has safe guards against poisoning and trys to warn you when there is something wrong. When you feel like you are loosing control of your own functions please STOP before it's too late. Too many people have died because of over drinking and I'm sure there are people who will miss you very much if you become one of the statistics.

I'm not recommending this, but when I was under age in Wisconsin we'd drive down to a really bad part of Milwaukee and ask random people who were walking down the street past a 7-11 or liquor store if they would go in and buy it for us is we paid them a few bucks for doing it. A few people said no, but the vast majority of them were more than willing. We gave them just enough money to buy a case of beer and when they came back out gave them two bucks... That was 1990 though, so if I was underage now I'd plan on paying $5 for the service.

In college, my friends and I always had someone older get the beer for us and sneak it back in the dorms.
Now, if you want to try going in a bar while underage, you're SOL since not only do they check IDs but they use these ultraviolet light wands to make sure that they're real.

get a job at a grocery store....and make friends with the hot girl in the deli , that is of legal drinking age and ask her to buy it for you...thats what i did when i was younger

theres no easy way or safe way..wait till you turn 21 and you will relize the thrill aint what it used to be at 17 . if you find some one foolish enough to buy for you please dont drink and drive .i lost some one i loved too a drunk driver
