I live in Nanjing, Jiangsu. The only beer that I've found here is pretty light and watery; much like Budweiser. My question has two parts: (1) Is there dark beer made in China that is available in Nanjing? (2) If so, where can I find it? I am from the Seattle area and I miss all the great microbrews that the Pacific NW has to offer!

I'm 28, never done it before, know nothing about drinks, and I have a terrible memory.

i'm asking, because at work we had a presention, on how to serve wine upper class restaurant. And some reason wine making came up. So now we have some unanswered question now. One is why is suger and yaest is needed to make wine? And why does wine taste different if made the same why but grown in different climates? can anyone answer please.

I am 22 and was taught that alcohol/drugs/smoking/sex etc... is bad for you so I have completely avoided doing all of those things. Would it help me become more sociable and less anxious if I started drinking because I've been having some severe anxiety problems lately. I'm not talking about getting completely wasted or anything but I was wondering if I'm missing out? Or should I be glad I haven't started because it isn't worth it? I want to have fun and enjoy life but I don't want to be stupid and do anything I wil later regret.
