Depends on the legal drinking age in your state. Or if you have a false ID or a legal person buy for you. In MI if you are underage and get caught with alcohol, period, you don't need to be driving, you are in deep doo doo. My cousin got thrown in jail for the night just walking home from a friends house and had to go to Court and was ordered to attend AA classes and all he did was have a few beers.

No. Anyone who buys them for you is committing a felony of CDM, Contributing to the Deliquency of a Minor. You're not 21 yet & shouldn't be drinking alcohol. There are laws in place that heavily fine retailers for selling alcohol to minors. Almost all retailers ask for id. Those that don't are running the risk of their business to be shut down.

Not legally in the United States. You never know though. Someone might sell them to you illegally. I guess that's up to them.
