like i know i cant get beer or wine their but wine coolers are minor alcoholic drinks.

No, Wine Coolers are NOT minor drinks.. sorry to tell you this, but anything with alcohol in it is not a minor drink... They will still card you for Coolers just the same...

Uh, hello ! They have the same alcoholic content as beer. So no, you can't buy until you're 21.

I really hate to tell you the answer to this question... but
Just stand outside a liquor store in a ghetto area, and pay someone to buy it for you. Sometimes you get scammed but if you are hard up you will eventually get what you are looking for.

you must be 21 to buy any type of alcoholic bev, that even includes non alcoholic drinks Only because they have .09% alcohol, so your answer is NO.

No. They will card you and if they don't and both you and that person that sells to you gets caught can be jailed. They do post undercover cops in stores with alcohol at times. I wouldn't chance it.
