Beer, Wine & Spirits - September 2006

Restaurants often have empty bottles on display, especially Ruffino Chianti bottles which are encased in a sheath made of some sort of dried leaf. I found a few in the basement and will toss them out if they have no value. Anyone know if I should garage sale them, ebay them or toss them?

It would be a new type of liqour that didnt give you negative side effects, but it still would give you a safe buzz.

I have foud that I am allergic to MOLD and would like to know my best choice of an alcoholic drink. I have always been a beer man, but now must make a different choice...sinus infections are no fun...thanks.

I'm 20 years old and live in Florida. I have never really bartended before, at least, not in a professional setting. So, I have a few questions for anyone who may know! 1. Are there any laws that would require me to be licensed and/or undergo any type of training program? 2. Any tips on how I can begin learning how to make drinks, different combinations, etc. before I begin a job? 3. In different settings, what are some possible income estimates? 4. What type of setting would anyone recommend for a beginner like myself? 5. Just a shot in the dark - Does anyone know of any places hiring for a position like this?

Im 17 years old and Ive been drinking for a while now, maybe two years. But recently Ive seemed to get drunk at every oppourtunity. Only about once a week but I really dont want to. Everytime I go out I end up in a really bad state, and I fall and I dont remember everything I done the next day! I dont mean Im out of it, but I just do stupid tihngs, that make a fool of myself. I need to set myself a limit but I find it hard to do so Im asking you all for advice. my friend spunk my other friends face when she was very drunk that night . the next day we told her and she said she dont remember anything.....i dont drink thats why i dont have any idea if drinking too much wont remember anything or its only an alibi so that other will try to give consideration
