Bro.

You got some lousy answers in here. Try and stay away from "convienence store" cigars...these cigars are machine made and the tobacco has additives and preservitives, and the tobacco is scraps from the floor. STAY AWAY FROM THESE.

IF your looking for a great cigar that is not only Cheap but UNDERPRICED, try a Flor de Oliva original or Gold. The Gold is a Connecticut shade wrapper and is milder, where the natural is a Sumatra wrapper. These cigars are made in Nicaragua and some of the best tobacco is coming out of Nicaragua right now.

Go to a repuatable tobacconist and pick up some Flor de Oliva's. It is a bundle cigar (meaning it is not in a box) but it is the best selling bundle in the country. You will not go wrong, and will thank me for suggesting it.

Stay away from Macanudo and punch and those brands, they are just well known so thats what people smoke, they are not worth the cellophane that they are wrapped in.

The flor de oliva wont break the bank, they are under $3 bucks a cigar and you can find them under $2 from some retailers.

Try it, and shoot me an email.

I am a cigar affectionado. My favorites are;

Cohiba (Dominican Republic,of course)
H. Upman 1884
Punch
Monte Christo
Macinudo
Garcia y Vega (cheap)
Romeo Y Julietta (cheap)
If you get the 'corona' sizes,A good price is @ $7.00 (US) per cigar. If your on the cheap,The last two are just O.K.,You will not get the "Connecticut wrap" and poor quality fill, nor they will be hand rolled.A box of the cheap ones are @ $30 (US) and you get @ 50. (less than a buck a peice)

When I was unemployed,I found a liking to "Black & Mild",there are made from actual PIPE tobacco and the tips are sweetened too.
Do not forget to get a cigar cutter, guiotine or plug,A torch-like lighter,Do not use a Bic lighter,it will alter the taste.
Happy Smoking
Also. 'Swisher Sweets' were the first cigars I tried, give 'em a try too

I will probably upset the real cigar aficionados out there, but for a good "everyday" smoke the ones you can find in your local convenience store are really not that bad. If you are used to smoking a Punch, or Macaneudo, the cheaper cigars may not appeal to you. check out Cigar International.com I get a mailer from them every so often. They have a really good variety of low to mid price cigars. I don't want to sound like a commercial for them, but they even have "Sampler" assortments so you can try certain brands before you buy big bundles of them. The prices are not that bad either.

I wish you luck in finding a stogie to your liking!

How cheap do you mean? For a really cheap cigar, I think the white owl peach are pretty good.

if you've heard of optimo, they have this one called Icy Burst and It smells like a winterfresh gum. I couldn't tell you if it tasted like one too because I don't smoke cigars, I just use them to roll blunts.
