someone once told me that there was a Japanese study stating that you should not drink beverages ( water, tea, soda etc..) while your eating. I cannot recall the reason why and I cannot find any research reguarding this. My Chiropractor told me that you should drink a glass of water before you eat at least a 1/2 hour before. He said it coats your intestines so you can digest better and causes you to get full faster, is that true?
