I always put dressing on..it would taste bland w/o it. I like ranch the best lol

It all depends on what's on the salad. If I have fresh fruit on a salad, and enough of it to have a piece with each bite, or if I have something like tuna or chicken salad on the veggies, I don't need dressing. If it's simply all veggies, I do need something, even if it's a bit of lemon juice or some dressing.

Salads do not taste good without dressing. But alot of dressings are very high in fat and calories so I only eat salads with low-fat dressings.

I have found that if you add enough extras you might not need a dressing. You know cheese, bacon, onion, crotons...... Or if you have a favorite pickle or pepper that have the liquid in the jar, try pouring a little of this over your salad.

before i would eat it dry but now that i tried ranch dressing i add that to my salads

PLAIN IS GOOD IF YOU ARE ON A DIET, with dressing its ok if you dony mind a few more calories to your body.
