Are you joking? the question is where in the UK can't you get pasta. I live in South London and virtually every high street has a pizza place if not two where you can get pasta plus you can just pick up the Thompson Local for your area and look under italian restaurant, or off you go to sainsbury's for fresh, frozen or ready meals.

Pasta is onipresent in the Uk.
London would serve the best, because it's more International, and many Italian cooks work there.
But be careful where you go.
I went to restaurant in Soho, London and I asked the waiter that my pasta be cooked "Dente", his answer was :
"you take it as it comes"
