A recent news article says that some schools are considering banning whole milk because of the fat content, but allowing baked chips, like baked Cheetos. Doesn't make a lot of sense. They should be more concerned about NOT feeding children junk food like Cheetos, baked or not. Baked Cheetos are made with cornmeal, have maltodextrin and dextrose. 19 grams of carbs and NO FIBER! So they must not use whole grain corn. 2 grams of protein and 5 of fat. Why not give the kids fresh vegetables instead??? Or fruit?

I like Baked Cheetos, although they leave a ton of cheese on your fingers.
I toured a Frito-Lay plant one time (I know what you're thinking, but I was in a business program) and had hot cheetos out of the fryer...now that was good.
