Jose Cuervo Tequila: 1 part
serve in shot glass
or
YukonJack: 1 part
Lime Juice: 1 part
serve in shot glass

Apple Cider: 1cl
Lager Beer: 1cl.
serve in shot glass

Hard cider: 10oz.
Lager Beer: 12 oz.
Grenadine: 1.5 oz.

In a shot glass you do
1/2 Roses Lime
1/2 Yukon Jack

Choose one:
Snakebite # 1
2 oz Yukon Jack® Canadian whisky
1 dash lime juice
Pour two ounces of yukon jack over ice. Add a dash of lime juice, and serve.
Snakebite #2
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
2 drops Tabasco® sauce
Very carefully layer the vodka on top of the green Chartreuse. Drop in the Tabasco, which should sink to the bottom. Slam it
Snakebite #3
1 part Jack Daniel's® Tennessee whiskey
1 part tequila
5 - 10 drops Tabasco® sauce
Add 1 part Jack Daniels whiskey and 1 part tequila to your shot glass. Then add a few (5 to 10) drops of tabasco sauce. Take it down like a shot.
Snakebite #4
3/4 oz Yukon Jack® Canadian whisky
1 splash lime juice
Fill a shot glass three-quarters full with Yukon Jack. Add a splash of lime juice, and serve.
Snakebite #5
1 msr Green Chartreuse®
1 dash Tabasco® sauce
Pour the green chartreuse into a shot glass, add a dash of tabasco sauce, and serve. Add more tabasco sauce for a more venimous bite.
Snake Bite # 6
1/2 pint hard cider
1/2 pint Guiness
Carefully layer in a pint glass.

* 1 part Southern Comfort

British Snakebite #9
1 1/2 pints beer
1/2 pint Strongbow® cider
Mix or layer ingredients. Note - the mixture of beer and cider is so effective at making you drunk its illegal to serve Snakebite in pubs and bars in Britain!
Snake Bite Black #1
1/2 pint lager
1/2 pint cider
2 splashes blackcurrant cordial
Pour 1/2 pint Lager, and 1/2 pint Cider into a Pilsner glass, then add Black Currant until drink is purple in color.
Snakebite And Black recipe #2
1/2 pint lager
1/2 pint cider
1 dash blackcurrant squash
Put blackcurrant squash in first up to about 1cm in glass. Then add the lager and cider one after another.
Snake Bite Bites Back
1/3 pint cider
2 oz Pernod® licorice liqueur
1 oz creme de cassis
Pour lager and cider (otherwise known as a Snake Bite) into a pint glass, and stir. Seperately prepare a Double Pernod and Black (Pernod and Creme de Cassis blackcurrant liqueur) in a 3 oz tall shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass, and serve.
Snake Bite Black GTI
2 oz vodka
6 1/2 oz cider
6 1/2 oz lager
1 oz blackcurrant squash
Pour vodka into a pint glass. Add both cider and lager, and fill with blackcurrant squash. Stir briefly, and serve.
Snake Bite Venom
* 2 parts Dark rum
* 1/2 part Apple cider
* 1/2 part Beer
* 1 part Blackcurrant cordial
Put a shot or 2 of Dark Rum into a Pint Glass, then, Pour 1/2 and 1/2 beer and cider, add 1 part of Blackcurrant cordial
HERE ARE SOME OTHERS SNAKE COCKTAILS:
Snake in the grass
2 cl Cointreau
2 cl Gin
2 cl Vermouth
2 cl Lemon juice
1 Cherry
Shake with lots of ice, strain into glass
Snake Eyes
3 oz Kahlua
3 oz cream
1/4 oz Frangelico
In a mixing glass with ice combine equal parts Kahlua and cream. Stir well. Pour mixture into two martini glass. Then using a stirrer or narrow spoon, pour Frangelico into the center of the mixture to create the "eye." Always serve in pairs.
Rattle Snake
- 2 oz Blended Whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1 tsp Pernod
- 1 Egg White
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass.

mix lager and cider. You can add blackcurrant flavoring (i.e. Ribena) and make a snakebite and black.
I suggest using Boddington's lager and Strongbow cider.
