I keep seeing ads for online dating sites like match.com and friendfinder.com. Personally i think any an all online dating websites are scams. How can you date a person youve never met face to face? Mabey im wrong- anyone here ever meet someone who met thier significant othr online? I just have a hard time believing iot works. I have a hunch seeking romance online is used by people who can't meet people in real life...So its for losers...Stick to meeting people in bars.

I have used the following in various forms:

"We've had some laughs together but it's time to quit pretending our friendship will develop into a long term relationship. It's you not me. I don't think you feel anything for me except friendship and you just don't know how to tell me. But I don't even think what we have could be called a friendship really. Ok i like 3 guys
1. Nick J.- he's really nice and sweet. He's so funny! We've been hanging out in track practice and stuff and I talk to him on myspace and AIM all the time.
2. Nick R.- He's my bestfriend. He makes me laugh all the time. I see him every day cuz i sit by him on the bus and he lives down the street from me. We talk about the stupidest stuff! We have so many inside jokes it's crazy!
3. Scott - My Marshmellow delivery man (inside joke). I went out with him twice last year i said i got over him but i never did. I hate it that he has gfs. His friends says that he likes me but i don't think he does anymore. Cuz he's been really mean to me or maybe he's flirting idk.

Ok I am 28, been with my bf for 2 years, we have 4 kids 2 mine 1 his and 1 ours. For 6 months now I have been nicely asking him to give it up more, like more than twice a week. Ok so heres the deal. Me and my girl have been dating for about 4 months now. I love her to death but somtimes i get a little too jealous and we always end up fighting about the same ****. from the begining, me and her hooked up when she was dating her ex, in other words she was cheating on him with me, her good friend at the time. Lately my good friend (DJ) has been calling her and wanting to hang out all the time. And instead of her spending time with me, her and DJ just get drunk everynight that he asks. Its like she cant tell him no about any thing. And when this happens i get jealous. I try to fight it but all i hear is them two upstairs talking and to me it sounds like flirting. They have popcorn fights and little stupid things like that. It erks me and ive let her know about it but everytime i bring him up it ends in a fight. Last night they were up till like 2 in the mornin! i dont go up and hang out because when i do, nobody wants to talk and its weired. What do i do about it?

My best friend and I have known each for 20 years, last year she moved in with my ex boyfriend. I had lived with my ex for two years - so he is not someone I casually dated. I don't have feelings for the guy at all, in fact I think he's a jerk. He maxed out all my credit cards and was verbally abusive. I seem him repeating this with her, he's already charged 2 plasma tvs on her credit cards and all new stainless steel appliances for his kitchen. He controls her and its almost like she likes it. They want to be friends with me and my current bf but everytime we hang out, my ex lays into me, insulting me, lecturing me, even tells my ex all these crazy untrue stories about me. have been in this relationship for a little over two years. My BF checks out just about every girl. He not only checks out other girls, he trys to make eye contact with them and if they do make eye contact I can see he looks at them the way he looks at me. This happens EVERY TIME we go somewhere where there are girls. It KILLS me. My heart drops to the floor every time and it is starting to bring my self esteem so low. He has to look at, at least one girl who he keeps looking the whole time. He knows this bothers me cause I have told him from day one, he just doesn't know how to stop or something. We are a happy couple this seems to be the only thing we fight about. What should I do? It has been happening for two years now and we have talked about it and i told him that it brakes my heart!! Im hurting and I'm starting to feel like I'm not good enuf, but I know that I am! I don't know who to talk to about this. Please help.
