No one is out of anyones "league" everyone puts there pants on one leg at a time. If you want to talk to him, just go do it.

don't think anyone is out of your lead. he has a girl so, he is not free. why choose someone who is not free? anyway.. just talk to him about the things you have a common interest in. then see if he would like to go do something or one of them sometimes.
