Singles & Dating - 8 March 2007

We r both married and say we will not have an affair nor r interestead in each other, however at work we are always joking talking, going for coffee. When talking to me she often touches me and sometimes hesitates touching me. When we work we work but when we play we do just as hard. When talking to me she is often in my space and often appears jumpy and recently there have been things if you dont do this I will swueeze the juice outa u or what do I get if and insinuations of can I see then I say yes then she says grioss. When on the phone we talk and one of us will say we have to go or don't u have to go then we talk even more. We from time to time buy each other drinks and talk personal. This week she was late for a meeting and on entering the room walked up to me looking for a place to sit and looked lost as if I should have kept an open space. Generally she will always sit next to me. Is there something happening we cannot control or is this imagination.

i've been single for 6.5 years now and i want to know, should i just except the status quo and give up now before i drive myself crazy hoping for 'more' when there is none meant for me? it's not an issue of worring about the clock ticking or what not, but how can i have been single for majority of my 20's? all the men that i've ever had feelings for for the past 6.5 years started dating other women within the 6 months i started having feelings for them. i've tried being agressive/passive/passive agressive, but more importantly i've always been myself. i believe there is a 'someone' out there for everyone, but that that's completely separate to whether or not you actually find that 'someone'. ppl say 'one day u'll meet the one' but how can i possibly believe that when i haven't even had a date for so long? can it be true that some people are meant for lifelong solitude? i just want to know so that i can prepare myself emotionally to live life without ever experiencing love?

we had a dance at my school and this guy from a different school came to the dance and we dont even know each other and he came and asked me to dance with him. we didnt talk much. i'm shy so i didnt have the nerve to ask him much. i was so excited. and now i have a huge crush on him and i know that i'll probably never see him again but there is this girl at my school that is friends with him but we arent actually friends, should i ask her for his number and a picture of him just so i'll always know what he looks like. what would you do??? or what should i do??

My boyfriend is in juvenile hall for robbing a house. Him and some friends right. but they didnt get anything im still trying to figure out what happen. He and I met in a college class where we were assigned to partner on project. Well, long story short, I ended up giving him his first kiss. (No joke he and I are both 20! and he had never kissed a girl.) Now, he wants to spend a lot of time with me and kiss and talk. (He wants to wait until marriage for sex. I am perfectly okay with that. Truthfully I am glad of it.) I keep trying to tell him that school is way too important to me to screw it up. But it is easy to get distracted. How do I let him down easily that for awhile I would just like his friendship?
Also, I lost my dad about two months ago. I am stilll trying to deal with that. I don't want to talk about how I feel but he keeps pushing. Either because he cares about me and/or he doesn't know how much it hurts me..... I just don't want to hurt his feelings......

were both 17. this girl has pillow fights with me, puts her photo into my phone as wallpaper, calls up my friends, even parents for jokes, even though i dont find it amusing, always laughs at my jokes, she gets very close to me, and wont move away.....and likes to touch me alot, and play with things i have. i get mixed signals though, as sometimes during the day she wont talk to me at all, cause she studies, but when were together she cant stop talking, and offering me food, and drinks, and going out places.One thing she does alot is curls up and goes to sleep for like a minute,and then wakes up, and does it again......whats all this mean???she also tells me about times when shes stressed at school and so forth....one thing thats really wierd though, she likes to know what her name is on my phone when it rings???.........need help, im from canada btw guys. I found a black knee high in my dresser and I dont believe it is mine but I never wear them so I could have just forgot about it. He said if he was messing around why would he put it in my dresser and I said because he would think it was mine. Am I just over thinking this or should I be worried?

I met him over a year ago....It was love at first site for both of us...Our first date was wonderful.. He told me about his ex girl...They been on again off again for 7 years.. I spoke with her and she says she will never let him go! That they love each other and will get married one day..he says never.. She even went to my house to claim him...He went with her..He called me and begged to take the high road in all this. He asked me to be patient and she will go away...we spent all the major holidays together..including his and my birthdays!...Her birthday came and went and he was with me!
