It's not cheating. Real talk, babygirl.
However, don't date Guy #1 either.
Why? Because he's been perfect with the role that he's meant to play - the friend who's helping you.
If you fall for that and try to push for more, it won't work because that's not the role he should play.
Guy #2 has moved across country. So, he may find new interests there.
The best thing is to be honest with him and say that you can date him (if you're not involved) when he comes to visit.

That's the mature way to handle it and allow yourself the freedom to get over Guy #2. Guy #1 will ALWAYS be measured by Guy #2 because he was there throughout the process, feel me? That's unfair to him and it would be unfair to you if you tried to push for more. He's a crutch that's serving his purpose well.

Stay single until you are ready to engage in a relationship.
One love, Babygirl..............

You have to decide which one you like the most. If you love the guy across the country, would you ever be willing to move there to be with him? And does he love you back? My vote is to stay with the one you have right now.
