My boyfriend is SUPER shy around me! I am his 1st girlfriend, and he is almost 20 (or will be in june). I want us to be able to talk to eachother better. It's just so frustrating, and I cant handle it anymore. Should I end the relationship, and see if he changes, and date other ppl.......OR.....should i try and stick it out??

i understand exactly how you feel. I suggest that you talk to him about this. Tell him how you feel. Explain to him that relationships need communication and he needs to open upto you. How will your relationship ever work if you guys cant be free around each other and be able to commnunicate easily. Tell him that you would like him to be less shy. Tell him he doesnt need to be shy around you. You like him for who he is and its ok for him to open up to you and be himself around you. Maybe hes afraid to show you who he really is because he thinks you wont like him anymore. You have to talk tohim and explain everything. also, oyu can find out things that he enjoys doing, his hobbies, his passion, his interests, and take an interest in them yourself or talk about themwith him. Ask him to teach you or explan it to you. I hope this helped.

Even the shyest people are likely to open up about a subject that they interested in or passionate about. Whatever your bf likes to do and talk about, join him in it. He still may be a little reluctant at first, but if you show a genuine interest he'll let his guard down. I was shy around my first gf at fist, but when she showed her interest by playing video games with me and listening to my poetry, it helped me open up, which in turn helped her open up in more ways than one.
By the way, I just have to ask, if your bf is so shy that it frustrates you, how did he become your bf in the first place?

Shy is not the issue. You probably are being too demanding and impatience. If you really like him let him reveal himself at his own pace. Some people are slow-warm ups. Relationships are a package deal and if you are not ready for it than only have friends and behave like a friend and not a girlfriend.

maybe telling him thats hes shy and that he needs to open up will embarras him, just put him in comfortable situations and show him that he doesnt have to be shy with u. maybe u can open up to him and tell him secret stuff or embarrasing stories about urself and maybe thatll make him open up to u.

Being shy myself its hard I know, try finding out what his favorite things are begin with those, get him to talk about himself usually people like to talk about themselves, get his opinion on things that you do, like your hobbies

Tell him that you love him and that you want to be open with him. As hard as it is. Try to get him to tell you stuff, ask lotz of questions and he snaps at you then tell him that you just wanted to get to know him.
