How do u get over a hard breakup. I really loved him and now its over. What do I do now...I don't wanna sulk forever..any real advice?

Can anyone give me tips on how a Shy guy can be interested in you and your also a shy girl but very talkative around friends? Every morning he stares at me, but I always get this feeling he doesn't like me because I only see him in 1 class and we have seperate teams in my middle school and i'm the red, he's on the blue team. My current girlfriend cheated on me, we were dating for 7 months when she did. She eventually told me and I forgave her because I'm a firm believer in 2nd chances and I know no one's perfect. Since she told me and I forgave her, we've been together for 8 more months totaling a year & 3 month relationship and we've better than ever and it's mostly her actions that make it better. Do you think it's possible she just made a stupid mistake and will learn from it? I honestly love her a lot and don't want to lose her but don't want to waste my time.

I asked my crush out yesterday on myspace, which is also my best friend. He read the message but he hasnt replied. I didnt see him at school today because he doesnt go to my school. We usually talk online everyday though but we didnt talk yesterday. This girl used to care a lot about me, but it seemed like everytime we got together that I would break up with her and hurt feelings. I regret treating her the way I did to this day. I wish I had never taken her granted. She has a boyfriend now and seems very happy with him, I am happy for her. I told her how I feel and she just wants to be friends, I kinda expected her to say that, although I was disappointed. I guess this is karma's way of repaying me..it's like that old saying goes "you don't know what you got untill it's gone." I feel so messed up inside and I am full or quilt and regret. Hears the deal, there is this girl that i kinda of know a little bit. I met her in September and see her briefly and ocassionally, we are not really friends, as we move in different circles.
However ever since i met her i have 'feelings' for her that a well out of proportion to how much i know her. I think about her alot and long to get to know her better.
Whenever i see her we hve a good bit of banter, but with no mutual ground we see very little of each other. I thought this was a kind of 'crush' and it would go away. But i have now not seen her for more than a couple of minutes since before xmas, but still think about her. I thought my feelings were going away, and then all of a sudden they come back. I have never felt like this about a girl and it is not a physical attraction it is her personality, that makes me wanna get to know her better and be close to her. What is it i am feeling and what should i do??

I had a boyfriend for about 5 years 2 years straight & then the rest of the years off & on. he was my first and i was his. I did anything for this guy. but then he changed he slept some other girl & got her pregnant. I still have to see him though because my new boyfriend who i have been with for 6 months now is friends with that girl. I cry alot still because even though he did treat me bad he was my best friend for so long and that one person who I could talk to about anything. I loved him regardless of all the wrongs and rights. Now I feel I can never have that with anyone else. I am a 12 year old 7th grader and very smart. I get good grades and i have alot of friends. im caring, very trustworthy, and as soon as i meet someone they automatically want to be my friend. I love animals and im tan. The only thing i dont like about myself is that i have a barely taller neck then others and people would call me giraffe. im sweet and fun to be around.
