I mean I am shy but I am kinda not at the same time.. hard to explain but did you ever like a shy girl, how did you experience the moment? What do you think of them?

I think most guys are looking for some sort of signal that the girl responds to them, likes them. Guys are very dense (obtuse, stunned, stupid, whatever) so we don't always pick up on what a girl may be trying to hint. Also, guys are very scared of rejection - at least, the ones you do want to know. SO they are afraid to assume that it's ok to talk to you if they don't see a sign. Smile at them.
So if a guy tries to talk to you and doesn't get the vibe that you are interested, he'll wander away rather than risk getting shot down.
Guys like shy girls. A bossy, demanding girl is a turn off.

Good question!
I'm a girl so all I can really say is that the kind of guys that do fall for me tend to be interested in the so-called "mystery" of the fact that I don't give everything away at first conversation...w/e.
They tend to be extremes, though. Either real gentlemen or real perverts. Woe is me. Whatever. lol. Still single but looking for someone *amazing*...I'm sure he'll come along. eventually.
