Do you want him to know certain things like your favorite color, animal, anything that's your favorite anything? Activities? Daily life? How does one go about asking the right questions especially when they don't come to mind? Can you give me some ideas of what questions to ask?

I saw my ex-gf that I loved for 3 years out on friday night. She broke up for me and got with another guy 1 night later. I would like to talk to her and see how she is, but what she did really hurt me. I did everything for her, but she never loved me back. I think she held onto me until the right guy came around into her life. Scary how fast someone can move on. What do I do to get over this feeling, I know she moved on and so should I, but it is difficult, esp when I cant seem to find another decent girl like her anywhere! I know there are alot of good girls out there, but after she set a high standard, I cant help but not looking for the same high standard....Degree, good looks, smart...you know, I know you might say "look, where did that get you, only a broken heart" but I cant help it! I just want a woman to love me for me...only!!!

Ok, I met this great girl a couple months ago and we went out and everything and we both like each other a lot, the problem is her older sister is very very protective, she basically runs her life. And its been hard for me to get a second date with my girl because of her sister. I don't know what to do. I have some ideas,tell me what you think or share some of yours. First idea, is leave a bouquet of flowers by the older sisters door step with a letter asking her permission or just ask both of them out that way the sister could get to know me better. Second, show up at the sisters work, and pretend I ran into her by accident and start a conversation and start to build up from their, because shes seen me but we've never actually talked before. Pleassssse help if you guys have better ideas.

So, I like this guy.
Sometimes he randomly comments facebook or myspace telling me how gorgeous I am. I say thanks and we move on with our lives. The other day he came up to me and started telling me about the Taking Back Sunday concert. I froze up and couldn't think of anything to say. I'm pretty sure he thinks I hate him. I was talking with my friend today and she said if she or anybody had a boy/girl friend. They would still think other people are cute/hot, like celebrities, etc, etc. I find that surprising and a little dissapointing. Because as for me, if I like someone, I can only see them and everyone else just doesn't seem interesting AT ALL to me. So my question is if you like someone, do you still check out other people and you find them attrative? or are you only attrated to your mate, or that special person?

I'm not sure if this is really even a question. More of a rant I suppose ;)

For a couple years I've been outside the U.S. doing church volunteer work in Asia. I had a girlfriend when I left, but I didn't really think anything about it. Now I'm back, she's married, and I can't help but compare any girl I potentially date with her.

Wierd huh?

I'm 21, single, and never been involved with anyone too seriously. I had plenty of friends, and in high school I dated alot, but now the only girl that's really out of reach is the one I compare every other girl with.

Maybe I'm a perfectionist, but I can find flaws in almost every girl I see, and only really find a select few very attractive.

*sigh* what's wrong?

My girfriend and I go to different schools and, because we live far away, we don't see each other much, but wer'e really close and very much in love. In her school, there's a guy that has been harassing her for a month and wants to take her away from me. He's been "blackmailing" her and making her feel guilty. She's been really sad and feels guilty because all her classmates are saying that she should dump me for that other guy. She say's she wants nothing to do with him and I believe her, but she's really desperate because everyone's getting involved and trying to manipulate her. Any advice in how to stop this?

I and my bf in communication are null. We always fight for stupid reasons. Yesterday was his birthday and I gave him a gift so he told me thanks. and than he said to me he became 30 years old he’s getting old he wants to settle so we cant go on like this. We both get married and divorce after 5 months or you c yourself your own life. I’m now 26 so I really im so confused and he wants my answer today. i thought of the first one i said maybe its better to live a dream and get a divorce so than i can live my life after that. About a month ago, I made out with this guy, pretty hot and heavy. Now, I see him at least once a week, and we have a lot of the same friends, and I'm not saying I have a crush or anything, but i've definitely become more curious about him. We like a lot of the same kind of music, which is huge to me cause I love music, which he does too. Last week, I mentioned to him I heard his band was playing at a local bar and he was like "Yeah, I want you to come." And he was looking right at me. He always says hi and everything, asks how i'm doing, or I do it first, but the other night, I was really drunk and talked to him, and I can't even remember many of the things said, although one of them was him asking if I was a virgin, which, I answered truly, yes, I am. How would a guy think of that, after we've already made out hard core?Should I just forget about getting to know him better? My friend, Austin, went out with this girl named Makayla. Eventually they grew apart, but Austin still likes her (first girlfriend is hard to let go of, right?). A few years later, Makayla starts going out with Michael, who then broke up with her to go out with Ashleigh, who was Makayla's friend. Anyway, after Michael dumps her, Austin asks her out again, and she says no. And then, a few days later, Ashleigh breaks up with Michael to stay friends with Makayla. (I guess Michael deserved it). Anyway, he says he's over Makayla, but I don't believe him. And he acts really depressed sometimes. I can tell it's because of her. How can I comfort him?
