I wouldn't over think it. Just look nice, be yourself, try to get to know each other better. I find that when I think and worry about something too much, I have a hard time relaxing and get all tongue tied. Ahe obviously likes you. Maybe not romanticly, but then again, she might. Just wait it out and don't push too hard. I hope it goes really well for you. Good Luck!

Ok, first off there's one point I would like to clarify. You mentioned you left your number on the check but was it visible? It may sound dumb but are you sure it was visible enough for her to notice.
Now, l'll get to the real deal. She seems like a really nice chick (based on her answers) and she's not full of herself. If you say she is beautiful then SHE DOES get hit by a lot of dudes. When she answered you "no" that she doesn't get hit a lot by dudes she was just trying to be humble or not full of herself which is cool on her side. I'm guessing that probably a lot of her male customers leave their numbers too and she thinks you're just one of them. Show her that you really like her and you're not just about getting some @$$. You don't want to sound creepy or stalkerish so you'll have to be a little more creative. For example, did you see that movie with Will Smith "Hitch"? There's this one scene at the bar which relates exactly to your dilemma. Go rent it and you'll know what I mean. Back to business now - give her some time. Maybe she does like you too but she doesn't want to seem like she's easy so she's taking her time. That's also a possibility, right?
In either way, don't visit her work place too often. In my opinion if you show up twice a week is totally fine. Good luck and make sure you see "Hitch".

Ask her for her number when you see her next. Ask her if she would like to go out with you sometime soon. To start, to go out with her, first time, for lunch. Then, if it goes good, dinner another time. Fun things to do in between-the zoo, aquarium, etc. I wish you the best. Take care.

ask her when she has a day off and see if she would like to have dinner. its nothing too complicated. its short and sweet so she knows how you feel and if she isnt interested in you...well, the worst she can do is say no. but either way you'll know if she likes you or not.
just be yourself and be polite.

You've just gotten to know her - continue to get to know her and a relationship will develop if the feeling is mutual. Good Luck!
