My girfriend and I go to different schools and, because we live far away, we don't see each other much, but wer'e really close and very much in love. In her school, there's a guy that has been harassing her for a month and wants to take her away from me. He's been "blackmailing" her and making her feel guilty. She's been really sad and feels guilty because all her classmates are saying that she should dump me for that other guy. She say's she wants nothing to do with him and I believe her, but she's really desperate because everyone's getting involved and trying to manipulate her. Any advice in how to stop this?

If you really love her...you have to take the BOLD step by just asking him what he really want and tell him that i am her boyfriend and i love her...you need not come in between us..So he may think twice before approching her or asking her anything..

That happened to me once, my girlfriend ended up with the other guy. So you ought to have a long honest talk with her about your relationship. If she really is 'very much in love with you' in the way you believe, then no amount of pressure from her friends or the other guy is going to work on her. The fact that it's getting to her is a big red flag for you, my friend.

Maybe "gorgeous" girls are too full of themselves to please their mates. What do you consider ugly? A bad attitude can make a pretty girl ugly as H*ll. or maybe the guys need someone to boost their egos that's why they sleep with someone who is going to worship their pretty little ground they walk on. "gorgeous" girls don't have the time to do the wild and nasty things most guys require. Consider that. You get the point.

Need more information... what is he blackmailing her with? As a female who has used this word many many times, tell her to tell him next time he sees her "NO!!" If she is in love with you, you will be fine. What does she want? Don't be afraid to get the truth from her. If she is tempted by this sleaze then maybe she isn't the one for you.

Sounds like she's into him a bit. How can someone be pressured into dating someone? I think she's exagerating her friends' influence. It's her choice. If she wants to be with some other guy let her go - sounds shady to me.
