About a month ago, I made out with this guy, pretty hot and heavy. Now, I see him at least once a week, and we have a lot of the same friends, and I'm not saying I have a crush or anything, but i've definitely become more curious about him. We like a lot of the same kind of music, which is huge to me cause I love music, which he does too. Last week, I mentioned to him I heard his band was playing at a local bar and he was like "Yeah, I want you to come." And he was looking right at me. He always says hi and everything, asks how i'm doing, or I do it first, but the other night, I was really drunk and talked to him, and I can't even remember many of the things said, although one of them was him asking if I was a virgin, which, I answered truly, yes, I am. How would a guy think of that, after we've already made out hard core?Should I just forget about getting to know him better? I'm 21, he's 22, and I've never really been that social until recently, so I'm not sure how to go about things.

ha! yes i'm a 21 year old virgin, no I wasn't alone in high school...i'm just not a whore who's gonna give it up to just anyone. it's not something i'm ashamed of, it's just something i was wondering that makes a guy think less of you if you're older...& making out is just fun....i would be much more cautious, as I was, before ever letting it get to far. I don't want to end up diseased/pregnant/whatever...

Please be careful. Do not just fall for this guy because you are both into music and had a heavy make out session. If you are a virgin at 21 I am sure it was for a personal choice. Do not throw this all away on someone you barely know, through clubs and parties. Has he bothered to get your number and take you on a proper date or are you just going to be another conquest he and the guys can discuss over a few beers. No, don't let your hormones rule your body. Get to know this boy a lot more before you make anymore moves or it could be a major career ending strikeout. Sorry. Just give it some thought.

If you like him, don't give up yet. but don't let the relationship develop only when you have a buzz. Decide whether staying a virgin is important to you. It's certainly not something to be ashamed of!

sure a drunken make out session can lead to lots of things-pregnancy, std's, a bad reputation. you really need to get to know somebody while you're in a sober state of mind. now that you have made out heavily, and told him you're a virgin, i'm sure he'll want to get you drunk again and then get into your pants.
