There's generally not much sleep going on especially if it's say in the back of a car. I am not being offensive, just curious as where the saying originated.

Okay so I'm on my school track team and this these two girls Laura and Melissa are always coming up and talking to me. And I always get in trouble because the guys team isn't supposed to talk to the girls team. What I'm asking is are these girls flirting with me or do they like me? They are always complementing me and when I'm not near them my friends say that they are trying to find me. Flirting or not?

Okay Well his name is Louis and yea we are friends. When we see eachother we hug. and if we see eachother in the hallway he has such a cute smile on his face! and he was playing with my hair in science class lol (dont ask). He is soo sweet to me! So what do you think? does he like me?

i am from india ; both love and arranged mariages are jostling here . we are modern but many of us are still steeped in medieval viewpoints . i met this girl in chat ; i am 36 she is 22 . she is very spunky very electric but very ill ( she has a brain injury )and troubled in her personal life . we got on to phone chat and quickly very deep feelings came to both of us in most part because she found a friend in me who was always there to give a shoulder to cry on . we met each other on a date i thought to be very successful ...... then her 16 year old cousin eloped with someone that night . so she does not want to continue the relationship anymore since her parents are ultra conservative and it will cause great hurt to them if she chose her man . if her parents are conservative why did she do this to me ? it hurts REAL BAD .. i been with many women but she seemed to be the one and she said so too . the chemistry was amazing . will she return or do i bite the bullet and keep walking ?

i confessed to my girl that i like her......but our school is only till 10th standard and the public exams are in a week.....i manage to muster up all my courage as one of my classmates to whom i confined this secret recorded it and threatened to play it to my girl and he thought that she would slap me...........but unfortunately she is moving out of town and i'll miss her a lot.....i managed to confess and she told that she can't do anything as she is moving.....but now as the matter has spread to even her best friend and a few other boys in the class she has stopped coming online or invisible to me i dunno...she has also stopped replying to all my smses..........WHAT AM I TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does she like me?Me and my fren (girl) have been very close. I once told her my feelings. And since then, we've really came to a stage where we were more than friends(but not couples). She is 1 year older than me and therefore moving overseas to study. B4 she left, i asked her out just to meet up but she said she will contact me later since she was bz with Xmas. But since Christmas Eve, i have not seen her or even heard a word from her. She has left somewhere else to study..., i sent her a mail and i even called her on new year asking her to come down from her home. But i couldnt get thru to her phone. Unfortunately, i still have not heard a word from her till last month when she sent me a mail. It was abt her life overseas. She said she may reply me late but somehow she will find time, so she asked me to keep emailing her. This is kind of a long story. But please listen and give me some advice.

My boyfriend and I have been together for nearly 16 months, and have been happy as two larks! I've never even thought of anybody else, and the idea of cheating has not once crossed my mind.

Over the summer, I met one of my guy's close friends, who goes to a different school. I thought nothing of this guy, but I saw him again at a school b-ball game and then again on the Super Bowl at my boyfriend's house, and always see him when I visit my guy. It's been scaring me, I like him more every time I see him, and go back and forth between him and by b/f.

Then there's a guy friend. We're just friends, but I can see us being more than that.

I know the right thing to do is to break up with my guy and think about this, but I'm afraid that he won't want me back if I decide it's him I want. I know it's wrong, but I want to stay with him because he's such a good boyfriend. What am I supposed to do? <3

There's this guy i know. And i like him alot but i'm not sure if he really likes me back. The reason i think he does is, that he's always telling me that i'm beautiful and hot. He told me that if he dated me than he'd treat me right. Yesterday he told me that it'd be easy for me to get a guy because i'm beautiful and smart, and he said he wants to hangout with me more. The reasons i dont believe he likes me is because he told me that he really likes this girl that he thinks is really hot. and hopes to date her sometime. He also spent valentines day with her. Do you believe that kids "are just going to have $ex whether you tell them not to or not."? Do you think kids are going to ignore you, or do you think that if you set the standard high, then kids will rise to that level? I'd appreciate any opinions you have and any correspondance with you. There is a mutual attraction between me and my boss. However, I can't stop thinking about how a possible relationship with him could actually ruin my future if it doesn't turn out well. This is actually my first job and I don't want to lose it but so far I've found it very difficult to find someone I like and admire to be attracted to me as well, so I wouldn't like to throw this chance away too. I'm a pretty girl, not gorgeous, but def not ugly. I'm fit, I'm smart, I'm nice, but I don't go out an party. I'm 18 and my prom's coming up in 2 months.
I know this guy from work who's 20. I've known him for a year and he's always been nice to me and I'm not sure if he flirts with me, but sometimes I think he likes me. Other times I'm sure I'm imagining it.
What I want to know is: Should I ask him to prom as a FRIEND? He's gorgeous but he's a partier (drinks, smokes- i don't) and he might turn me down cold bc I'm not really in the same place in my life. And if I ask him, what should I say?
What would you do? Seriously? I don't want to screw things up (make things get awkward, never have him talk to me again, etc) but I don't want to miss out on this chance for an amazing night. It really would mean the world to me if he came with me. I don't know who else I'd go with.. Thanks so much for your help.

Please be real. Don't say what u think is acceptable.
When u meet someone of course u automatically notice skin complexion. U notice skin complexion regardless of who u talk to. However do u have different ideas of people just because of that? Do u feel like dating someone who is lighter or darker than u is out of the question? What about just being friends? Is it more acceptable to date someone who is lighter/darker than u as long as both of u share what society calls "race."(for example: is it more acceptable for a light complexioned latina woman to date a darker complexioned latino man than it would be for her to date a "black" man -OR- for a white man to date a white woman instead of a light complexioned black woman?). What r your thoughts & experiences.

I have broken up with my boyfriend of 4 years a few months ago and I have ALOT of pictures and stuff on "our" computer (my computer now). I hate looking at them, but I'm not sure if I totally wanna get rid of 'em either. They're all mixed in with my other pictures. Should I create a separate folder for them (but then that'd be weird because it'd be labeled with our names, or should I delete them all, but then I won't ever get to look at them. I just want them out of my sight when I'm viewing other pics.

everyone has this problem, and everyone can offer advice, until it's themselves in the hot seat.
so...my best friend, who happens to be a guy...i fear i'm falling for...fast....But he happens to be quite popular with the ladies, and has a few already fighting for him. We tell each other everything, and I feel as though he's perfect...Everyone already assumes that were dating, but we're both to shy to confront each other about it..awkward huh? what should i do?
