We have a serious relationship and i know he loves me and i know he's serious because he introduced me to his friends and family, we even spent christmas at his family's home. We have plan to get married someday, that's why i know we are serious. My question is why at one point he has problem telling his ex wife about me? once i overheard that he said, "yes i have a girfriend now but not sure if we are serious or not, you know i'm kind a loner" i mean what? i confronted him and he said that his ex's fragile woman and he's afraid to hurt her feelings plus he still feels guilty for divorced her, it's just his nature to have tendency of guilt over something which doesn't make any sense for me sometimes! And i feel it's just not fair to me if he said something like that not to hurt his ex wife's feelings but end up hurting my feelings. Am i being selfish for getting upset?

I've been single for about 2 years now (I'm about 30 now). Met girls here and there, gone out on plenty of dates, but I just can't seem to find the right girl. The girls I like always end up being taken, and I don't want to just settle for someone who I'm not crazy about -- that won't be fair to either of us. The problem is, when I'm on dates and the girl asks me how long I've been single for, I say over a year and girls are usually shocked to hear it. I'm good looking guy with a great job lined up after MBA (I'm a student currently), and a genuinely good guy with healthy ambition for the future and good character. I even made the "Hottest List" in school where girls vote for guys and vice-versa. But no girl at school ever flirts with me (then why did they vote for me?!) and I don't know where to meet people outside of bars. I'm looking to settle down with a girl with good character, smart, hot and a best-friend. I'm getting sick of being alone and feeling pathetic. What should I do?

If a man (a 24-year-old, with limited (I think) experience with women), really liked you, would he ever talk about other women with you? Simply put, would you ever bring up (often) the attractiveness of other women to your female friend if you were truly attracted to HER? And if you did, would it be to make her jealous, or because you saw her as more of a sister figure? I'm having a lot of difficulty figuring out if this person likes me and is trying to make me jealous or if he really doesn't care.

alright so here's the story. i work with someone who lives in my development and lately out of work we've been...let's say getting close. what's the probability of this staying okay and not the least bit akward at work. if it helps, he's not going to work there anymore in a couple months. it's not like a want a relationship but more like a friends with benefits deal. somewhat benefits*. i don't know exactly his take on this situation but i think he might want to stay friends. who knows? what's your opinion on this? have you been in this kind of relationship? where did you guys draw the line? share your guts out.
