many girls are afraid of asking guys out..because they are afraid to be refused. so some of them just choose to wait, but they don't know such way mostly hurt, because guys are not that sensitive..
so..im glad u would like to be that brave one ( just like me =P) : ]
to those frank guys..just ask - 'hey..are you free tomorrow afternoon? there's a great concert..would u like to go with me?' something like that..just ask straightly. but to those guys who are kinda sensitive.. u'd better gave them some hints first, to let them feel u like them..then ask depends on their responses, but don't ask that straightly : ]

well melody..... if i were you i wouldn't entirely trust this answer..... because it's coming from the biggest coward on the face of the planet (when it comes to this) i have never asked a guy out... ever. but people i know, know a thing or two about finding out how he feels about you, so i did some research.... talked to people read magazines..... because i know how you feel... lol
ask these questions before taking the plunge:
has this guy given you any hints or signs that he likes you?
does he know you're even alive?
(if not then TALK TO HIM!!!)
and before you actually pop the question...
you could try telling someone you like him, who then passes it on to one of his friends who WILL DEFINATELY (trust me) tell him and if he likes you he'll ask you out... if not then talk to him and yeah...........
and don't do anything that makes you uncomfortable and don't do anything that you don't want to do.
AND REMEMEBER THIS!! if not anything else from this stupid rambling answer: guys are not as smart as girls, so if you've been subtly dropping hints, then chances are they've all gone down the drain... treat him like his friends do (punch him in the arm if you must!!!)

Why must you be so forward.....why not wait for him to ask? It is like this.....if you are giving all the signals that you are interested....then if he is interested he will ask you....not you ask him...most guys see it as a sign of being desperate...I recently polled in here asking guys about this subject and what I just told you is what they said.
