if a girl makes a move first or tells u she likes u is that a turnoff? even if u dont like her in the same way? or if u dont really know her or do know her, is it still a turn off?

When I was in school I was horribly shy, still am in some ways. You girls just scared the **** out of me for some reason, and more attracted toward a girl I was, the worse it got. But for me, if a girl wants to ask me out...go for it. Turn on, I don't have to worry about being rejected. Such a fragile male ego LOL

Most men are either too lazy or too shy to make the first move, and so the woman is ALWAYS having to make the first move. I think this sucks! Any man that is too lazy or too shy, is just a plain piece of shiit and deserves to die a horrible death!
I am NOT lazy, and I am not too shy or afraid to make the first move. I LOVE making the first move of asking someone for their phone number, or e-mail address.
But, if a lady comes up to me and She makes the first move, it's very flattering, and I accept it! :-)

Not at all. It's excellent. A lot of times we guys are uncertain about how you feel about us, and we don't want to take a chance and be rejected. If you make it clear how you feel, then it takes that uncertainty out of the picture.
