Singles & Dating - 18 February 2007

Ok..making a long story short..my best friend brokw up with her ex boyfriend (who is also my neighbor and has liked me for about 5 years now haha) in July. We liked each other, went to homecoming and you know talked and said we both like each other a lot. But my friend started fights with him after they broke up and it was a sticky situation and still is. This dance was back in September, and that's when we talked, why hasn't he asked me out yet? He told me he wasn't ready back in September, but really, how much time does he need? And also my friend tells me she's not over him and she keeps getting mad at me and I feel like she's harassing me, but is it wrong of me since she is the one who broke up with him and told me she was over him when she wasn't? So the question(s) is why is he taking so long if he likes me (a lot!) and is it wrong of me to date my best friends ex if she broke up with him. Thanks!

I still talk to him and stuff, and consider him a friend, but I'm worried that my friend will think that I'm trying to steal him from her. Is it acceptable for me to still be friends with him by talking to him and occasionally walking home with him?? Or is this rude and unfaithful to my friend?

were both 16. we look into each others eyes often, and smile. sometimes we wrestle, i tickle him, he does not like to be tickeld, so i stop, and we lay their, me holding him and he does not mind. when we go number 1 at skool, he stands next to me and pulls his shirt up and his whole package out if u noe what i mean. how do i find out if he is into me w.out directly asking. were going to the beach in june/july, but not together, just at the same time, but we and our parents are close so well hang out. p.s. would it help if i tell him i think hes hot, or if i hug him? please help!!!!!!

I like this girl, and she likes me.
but she doesn't know what she wants.

she doesnt think our relationship would work out if we were boyfriend and girlfriend.

we have hung out before, kissed, hugged, cuddled, etc.

but when i talk to her about what she wants, she says she doesnt wanna be friends who just do the couple thing without being in a relationship. but she doesnt know if she wants a relationship.

i told her to take her time and that i would wait around for her.
but she said she doesnt want to waste my time...

If you are living with someone, is it normal to pay 50/50 for absolutely everything? I have just paid for two long hault plane tickets to go on vacation, and thought that he would pay all the hotels in the vacation destination, but then he came up with somehting like "that wd be 50/50 for the hotels"... I do not like to think I've been stupid?

I know this guy from online game. this year i'm 19(F)yrs old and he's onli 17(M). we talks alot and i found out tat my hotmail add ID come with number of 714 and he live blk 714. I used to be NPCC as a CCA in my sec sch and he was also 1 of them(same NPCC)! Last sat he dated mi out and @ evening time he send mi home. that nite he hv his family dinner @ my house opposite. His DOB is the same( day&mth) as my father!

The 1st time he saw mi, he said i don't look old in my age. He said that i look like a 14yrs old not 19. Then from then onward he treat mi like a mei mei(younger sis). He like 2 tickle mi alot, oh and bully!

I like many different girls. Im not a one race guy. Im mulitiracial myself. Im half-korean and half-white so i cannot get alot of girlfriends. But I dont wanna just be with Asian women. Many of them dont dig me at all. My white friends get alot more asian girls then i do. I think he does this so he can feel better about himself. I dont know what to do. Okay I like this girl, we'll call her C. Anyways one day I messaged C and we began to talk. She told me I was cute and I asked her to be my Valentine. She said, "Aww thanks K that's sweet, but I don't know you well enough just yet." I got her a stuffed animal anyway for Valentine's Day and she really liked it. Met a wonderful girl in Boston where I live, in the beginning we were just friends and didn't expect more, but as soon as we started seeing a lot of each other we quickly developed into lovers. We were both in another relationship at the time, and she broke up with her boyfriend (to my surprise),but I didn't leave my girlfriend for her and while I suspect that it broke her heart a little, she said it was for the best and we just reverted to being friends again. Now, a year later, and i've realized i still care a lot for her and am trying to work out if we still have a chance.She still sends strong signals, but when it comes up explicitly,laughs & says that she only sees me as a friend and couldn't imagine us having ever been a couple (this after she hounded me for weeks to break up with my gf & be with her).Is she just afraid of being rejected again or have i really killed this one?Do girls ever say they just want to be friends, for fear of losing control, when they really want more?
