I go through the trouble of buying my girlfriend the nicest and hottest stuffed animal puppy in school, buy her a card, and write her a handwritten love letter. She told me how jealous all the girls were and that she absolutely loved the letter. She thanked me.

Then she tells me "I'm not good with gifts, what should I get you?" I said I didn't know ...........

So I see her this weekend lol and I get absolutely nothing.

Should I be upset?

Should I say anything?

I meet a lot of guys who tell me what a great person I am and that I just have to look and I will find someone. The odd thing is that these are guys that I have met online and that I have alot in common with. I am not a teenager, I'm 41 and been hearing this for many years. I know I'm not that great of a person but why if I am that great, why don't these guys want me rather than suggesting how I should meet other guys?

All white boys think about is sex right? Well ever since i was in 6th grade Mexican boys Black boys any boys but white boys have been all over me like asking me out and stuff...i have nothing against them because most of the time they have most respect for women then white boys do...Do boys of a different race besides white really value having a good women more than white boys? I am white and have dated alot of black and hispanic boys but people think its weird since im white but i dont.........i dont know why i am more attracted to them.......HELP!

I broke up with my ex last summer cause she was practically cheating on me. Since then we have still remained friends, then at thanksgiving she tried to come see me, but couldnt get time off. After that we got into a couple of huge fights on the phone, so stupid me i bought her two tiffany's necklaces to try to get her back. Big mistake. Now she has the upperhand and doesn't want me as bad as she used to. She doesn't need me, but she can't go 3days max without calling me? I have read professional advice and they say if you want to get back with your ex not to call her so I haven't called her at all, and she does all the calling every few days. The thing is she calls me when she is lonely, or in a bad mood so I called her on it and she said she was sorry. I have a hunch she is with another guy now because some dude answered the phone last month and hung on me. She is giving me mixed signals calling alot, then not calling. I didnt call on Valentines day, and today is her bday.

Okay I like this girl, we'll call her C. Anyways one day I messaged C and we began to talk. She told me I was cute and I asked her to be my Valentine. why do i get so much crap for dating a white guy? and for some reason i get most of the crap for black guys, when they are the ones who date outside of their race more than anyone else, and when i say well u date white girls they tell me that that is different how is it different. And then they will say that i am too fine and pretty to date a white boy???

I am 14 and will be entering High School this year. Sometimes I feel sad about it because I think that I am scared to grow up and I don't know why. I have never had a boyfriend and I am pretty shy but I just don't feel ready....is that normal for my age? Sometimes I think that I am not acting like my age because I like hanging out with my parents. But I do also love hanging out with my friends. I don't know why I feel this way. Is it just High School jitters? Who had their first boyfriend in High School (not in middle school)? Whenever I do think about when I do get a boyfriend I can't imagine how I am going to act around him because I am very shy. But when you do find someone you really like don't you come out of your shyness?
