Why do so many younger women like older guys?

i'm in my 40s and the 20 somethings are often interested. I'm not but what's going on?

Older men are often more sexy and appealing to younger women. I couldn't really tell you why...theres just something about them. (Not all of them of course!) But I mean look at George Clooney...he's gorgeous but sooo soo much older than me but honestly I've had a "crush" or whatever you might call it on him for years. If I were a celebrity I would definitely try to get with him.

Because younger guys are immature and 40 year olds have more grace,maturity and money...unfortunately....

Im not sure I agree with you though.....The trend now is older women and younger guys..and there have always been dirty old men who date young things...and its because they want to recapture their youth and are just dirty old men lol

I guess you could make a case that you must look hot if you have 20 yr olds after you so that should make you feel pretty good!

Another idea is that 20 somethings are the onees who are single by and large because the women in their thirties and 40's are either married or in process of divorce haha!

I am 37 and honestly would not want any guy in his 20's but I get a fair amount of them checking me out too.....So maybe the twenty somethings are the ones checking people out these days and we are just old :p ;)

Take it as a compliment :P Just remember if you date one them that they will have no idea who the Beatles are and they never watched Shazam or Kroft Superstars or Six Million Dollar Man as kids lol...Dont know who John Boy is or what a bannana bicycle seat is....and didnt see Star wars when it first came out and never went to Farrells Ice Cream parlor......So you better think up something really interesting to say to them :) I think they like Ipods and Wrestling and group sex at parties :p lol

I can't explain. I'm interested in older guys but I don't exceed 10 years older than me. I guess I want a serious relationship and I believe that the older guy can give that to me. I had past relationships that didn't last and the guys were a little bit younger than me. Now I do know that there are older men that don't want a serious relationship and that there is younger men that do. I mean there's other things that go into it but everyone is different.

Anyone yougner than 40 is less likely to know anything about real love, or what they want in their own lives.
I've known guys at 35 who still haven't figured out that they are dads and need to settle into a job and a home and a life for anyone other than themselves.
20 something males are big pre-teens with very little clue,
and that's not all,
that's in general.
So why would I take a chance?

because most of us older guys are more experienced, or if we arent we should be, could be father figure, or the cash in our wallet, take your pick could be any number of reasons. Id love to have a younger women interested in me,

If Im not mistaken... Nowadays girls prefer older guyz Because they Feel that E guys are much more responsible and experience'd in everyway... where else younger guyz can go stray or irresponsible...

trust me:1. they think you have sex appeal or (sexy), 2. we prefer mature men, 3.you're probably flaunting your money (ex.nice car etc.)
