You need to find out if her depression is due to sexual issues. Whether she has achieved orgasm nor not should be left to her and her sexual partner. If her depression is due to orgasm related issue, perhaps you can get her a good book on the subject.

tell her its perfectly normal and with out sounding gross tel her that she needs to discover what feels good to herself b4 she will orgasm with a guy. the spot she needs is on the front wall about half way up also tell her to try using something that vibrates against her clit this works wonders.

Can she masturbate to orgasm? That's step one - she needs to learn her own body, by herself, so she knows what feels good. Step two - communicate this to her partner. Step three - be prepared to be proactive - there's no reason she (or he) can't manually stimpulate the clitoris during sex.
If the partner's not willing to listen and learn, then dump him.
