It means exactly what it says...she can't this weekend, but she'd like for you to ask her again.
Raincheck - an offered or requested postponement of an invitation until a more convenient, usually unspecified time: Since you can't join us for dinner, we'll give you a rain check.

Well, assuming she was being honest she couldn't accept your offer now could she? She wasn't in town...why would you think her being out of town is a rejection, unless she was running away from you.
Someone who asks for a 'raincheck' is saying lets do it another time. Stores issue rain checks sometimes when they have a sale on an item and run out...the raincheck guarantees you the sale price when the item comes back in stock even if the sale is over...so you are buying it later...she is willing to get together with you later.
If she wasn't interested she'd likely have made a comment that didn't imply getting together some other time.

A rain-check is like saying let's get together another time, since she is busy this weekend.
Some times stores also will give you a rain-check when they are out of a particular sale item, then you will still be able to get the item when they have it back in stock.
So don't trip, she wants to get together with you later when she isn't busy with her birthday weekend. Hey, don't forget to get her a little some thing for her birthday, she'll be surprised and happy that you remembered.

No, no, oh no....it simply means that she probably wants to spend her birthday with long time friends rather than someone she just met. She could have said, "No Thanx" and left it there. But the fact that she said, "raincheck" means that she's interested in getting to know you better at another time not so personal as her birthday, ya know? Do you get it now?
Thumbs down...hummm!!?? My answer is like everyone else who got a thumbs up. I think someone out there doesn't like me, LOL!

It sounds to me like...she is home at her parents house so she is unable to meet you this weekend because of plans already made for her by them to celebrate her birthday...So, a raincheck on your date means...yes she wants to go out with you on the next available date....(hence, raincheck)......be patient and it will happen...keep txting......good luck....

It was her Birthday so she wanted a raincheck. That only means she couldn't do it that weekend.

Rain check is a delay. She had plans for her birthday weekend, probably with her family. Give her a week or so and try again. I think you will find she will be more receptive.

A rain check is I am interested in meeting you but I can not do it now because other plans have already been made.
So, it means I'll be happy to meet you at another time.

Just means she can't hang out right then but she wants to hang out later. So no, it's not a rejection just an inconvenience. She does what to hang out still.
