Okay I like this girl, we'll call her C. Anyways one day I messaged C and we began to talk. She told me I was cute and I asked her to be my Valentine. She said, "Aww thanks K that's sweet, but I don't know you well enough just yet." I got her a stuffed animal anyway for Valentine's Day and she really liked it. She asked why I got it for her and I told her, "Because I wanted to cause I was thinking about you." She replied, "Aww K your too sweet." Well we talked and at one point to flirt I told her I was awesome and stuff and she said, "Yeah you are." And also she was like, "I'm glad you didn't get me anything big because I'm not worth it," and stuff. I told her she was and she was like thanks. The other day I asked her to the movies after she told me she wasn't sure if she had plans for the weekend. She replied to me, "I do but yeah maybe some other time." My question is this, does she like me? She is really shy so what signs should I look out for to tell if she does. Please help me!

Honestly, i dont think so. Just get to know her a longer time. Maybe in a month, when u guys know each other really well. and btw, remember to never rush things. Cant rush perfection!

Yeah it sounds like (just to me) that she's messing with you. If she told you you were cute, she can't be too shy. It's possible (as mean as it is) that she is just loving the attention but not really interested in you. Definately give it time and make sure she's putting in the effort to see you. If you're the one always calling, always asking to do something she's not into it and don't even waste your time. If it's not this girl, you'll meet a nice girl who won't play games like "Oh I'm not worth something big" (Now tell me that I am, and buy it for me)

Ok well, I'd say from a girls point of view, she likes you but she doesnt want to be to advious with it. So just become good friends, flirt and dont annoy her by asking her out all the time just say do you wanna hang out sum time or sumthin like that. to make it sound desperate like you really want her just try to become more close and then it will all fall into place.

It sounds like she's interested, but she needs to get to know you better. Just try to talk to her and get to know her more, then she can do the same with you. From there it could go in either direction, but if you're positive, and don't rush her, you both could have a really great relationship.

yeah, well it def sounds like she’s flirting with you. But it would depend, cos i know so many girls that just flirt and flirt with everyone and they don’t mean anything… I guess you should try making a move, but don’t be to pushy because it is a big turnoff. Play cool, and you should try to get her to know you well. Like, ask her questions, and not just boring questions but like, what activities she enjoys, what celebs she enjoys, etc. girls appreciate guys who actually care about these things! (most guys don’t) Don’t ask her out to much.. my friend had a guy who was obsessed with her, and it was a total turnoff!!

She knows you like her at this point and it sounds like she's playing hard to get b/c of this. Back off a little and no more presents and if she really likes you, she'll come running after you instead!

oh hell just ask her. if she is so shy or beating around the bush or even lollygagging, it seems like you should just be straightforward. waiting on her to come around may have you waiting forever.
usually, if her answer doesn't come quickly (if it's not a quick "no"), then she may have some feelings for you even if her final answer is no.
